Hospital Compliance Structuring, DOH Approval & Quality Governance

Alpha Health Group led the full regulatory compliance framework, managed the DOH approval process, and established a structured quality governance system for Specialized Medical Care Hospital  a multi-speciality hospital in Al Ain. Our engagement covered systematic compliance mapping across clinical, administrative, infrastructure, and governance domains, structured in two phases: pre-operational regulatory approval and post-operational quality oversight, ensuring long-term audit readiness and continuous improvement. In addition, our team successfully managed the complete compliance and facility licensing process for the new Holy Branch of Specialized Medical Care Hospital. The project included end-to-end regulatory consulting, healthcare facility licensing, engineering compliance reviews, authority coordination, and compliance readiness support, ensuring the facility met all applicable regulatory and operational requirements for successful approval and commencement of services.
